Truck scale

The truck scale, also known as a weighbridge, is an industrial weighing system designed for weighing large vehicles such as trucks, trailers, container trucks, bulk material trucks, and construction vehicles. It is widely used for vehicle weighing, material settlement, logistics management, and factory in-and-out weight control.
The system normally includes a steel scale platform, load cells, junction box, weighing indicator, signal cables, computer weighing software, and optional printer. When a vehicle drives onto the platform, the system quickly displays the vehicle weight and records key information such as vehicle number, cargo name, gross weight, tare weight, net weight, weighing time, and customer details.
Truck scales are widely used in logistics parks, mines, quarries, sand and gravel plants, coal yards, steel plants, cement plants, grain stations, ports, chemical factories, recycling yards, construction sites, farms, and industrial plants. They are suitable for weighing coal, sand, gravel, ore, steel, cement, grain, fertilizer, scrap materials, construction materials, and other bulk goods.

Compared with small platform scales, truck scales offer higher capacity, stronger structure, faster weighing speed, convenient data management, and wider application range. Different platform sizes and capacities can be customized according to customer needs, such as 3–16 meters in length and 10–250 tons weighing capacity.
The scale platform is made of high-strength steel structure, providing excellent compression resistance, bending resistance, and impact resistance for long-term heavy-duty vehicle weighing. Equipped with high-precision load cells and intelligent weighing indicators, the system provides stable and reliable weighing performance.
Optional functions include printing, data storage, computer weighing management, remote monitoring, license plate recognition, and unattended weighing. This helps users improve weighing efficiency, reduce manual errors, and achieve more accurate material and logistics management.
